F8.0/500 T2 Telephoto Lens with Aperture Setting

With the DÖRR telephoto lens 8,0/500 T2 with aperture setting you may take photos from a great distance. The 500 mm lens is suitable for wildlife and nature shots, as well as for close-up shots. With an optionally available DÖRR T2 adapter, the lens can be attached to almost any DSLR and system cameras.

The optical performance of this telephoto zoom is extremely good. Look forward to photos rich in detail, with very good sharpness and high colour brilliance. The optical construction and the multilayer coating on the glass lenses enable a very high level of light transmission and prevent blurring caused by mist.

The front filter thread allows you to attach optional photo filters with diameter 67 mm. In the DÖRR accessory range you will find suitable protect filters, UV filters, polarization filters, grey and graduated grey filters. The integrated lens hood prevents unwanted incidence of light.

The robust and durable lens mount is mainly made of metal. The integrated tripod clamp helps to balance the lens and the camera when attached to a tripod. Furthermore, the tripod clamp enables quick changes from landscape to portrait format. Due to the very long focal length and the high magnification, we recommend a stable tripod. Due to the classic lens construction, we can offer you this lens at a very attractive price. The lens must be focused manually, and it has a fixed aperture setting with aperture priority without diaphragm. You can still use your camera's aperture priority exposure mode (A). Your camera detects the amount of light on the camera sensor and controls the appropriate exposure time. Alternatively, you can set the exposure time manually and use the exposure compensation of your camera or the ISO automatic.

The telephoto lens comes with a protective pouch and with each one front and rear cap.
