Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use any SIM card?
In general, any SIM card can be used - whether prepaid, partner, data-only, or pure M2M SIM cards. Providers not listed here are also compatible.
SIM cards that are inherently restricted (e.g. Supersim cards that are limited to sending data only to the Seissiger portal) cannot be used due to provider-side limitations (Seissiger).
If you do not have a SIM card yet, we offer prepaid multi-network SIM cards with special DÖRR tariffs.

Is the app free, or is a subscription required?
The app can be used free of charge. Each added camera includes standard cloud storage, which is shared across all registered devices. Once the storage is full, the oldest files are automatically overwritten, ensuring that the latest images and videos are always available.
If additional storage is required, extra space can be purchased starting at €0.99 per month for 1 GB. This is only necessary for larger archives. Otherwise, there are no additional costs for operating the camera.
Can the camera be shared with multiple users?
Yes, each camera can be shared with any number of DÖRR Cloud users.
- The primary user (who registered the camera) has full access to change settings
- Shared users can view images and videos only
- Access permissions can be revoked at any time
This feature is ideal for hunting groups. The leaseholder can quickly and easily
grant and remove access for fellow hunters or permit holders.
Shared management of camera settings:
If multiple users require access to the camera settings, they can simply log in using the same account under which the camera was registered. There is no limit to the number of devices.

Sehr gute Bildqualität. Support antwortet sehr schnell. PIR Sensor ist darauf ausgelegt, dass sich die bewegende Wärmequelle vor oder unterhalb des Sensorhorizont befindet.
Super schnelle und einfache Einrichtung und die Kamera macht super Bilder. Bin mehr als zufrieden. Preis Leistung mehr als super.
Preis-Leistung ist wirklich sehr gut. Sowohl die Bedienung der App als auch der Kamera selbst ist intuitiv und verständlich.
Es ist die erste Kamera, die wir von Dörr im Revier testen – der erste Eindruck ist dabei durchweg positiv.
Was beim Kauf allerdings nicht ganz klar war:
Eine SD-Karte wird zwingend benötigt (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Zudem empfiehlt es sich, den Cloudspeicher in der App dazu zu buchen, da das normale Kontingent schnell aufgebraucht ist und Bilder/Videos anschließend überschrieben werden.
Ein großer Vorteil: In meinem bestehenden Mobilfunkvertrag sind bereits mehrere Multicards bzw. Datenkarten enthalten, die wir hier nutzen können. Dadurch ist der laufende Betrieb deutlich günstiger als bei vielen vergleichbaren Systemen. Die Bildqualität ist ebenfalls sehr gut und überzeugt sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht.
Es wird mit Sicherheit nicht die letzte Kamera von Dörr sein, die wir kaufen werden.
Die App ist auch gut
Ich bin seit Jahren hinter Wildkameras her, habe verschiedenste Typen und Modelle getestet und viele immer noch im Einsatz. Dieses Jahr habe ich Dörr entdeckt und muss sagen, ich bin begeistert! Die einfache und sehr gut gestaltete App in Kombination mit der freien Sim-Karten-Wahl und dazu noch die wirklich gute Foto- und Videoqualität machen für mich die Cloud Mini 4G 2025 zur mit Abstand besten Funk-Wildkamera auf dem Markt!
Ich will hier nur ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge vermerken (Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau, aus Naturfilmer-Perspektive):
Es wird nirgendwo der Schärfebereich der Kamera angegeben; nach einigen Tests weiß ich jetzt, dass die Schärfenebene bei IR-Aufnahmen Nachts ca. 50cm Richtung Kamera rutscht und tagsüber (leider) Objekte näher als 1m an der Linse leicht bis ganz unscharf sind. Großartig wäre in Zukunft eine Vorrichtung für Nahlinsen, die den nahen Schärfebereich (vor allem tagsüber) verbessern könnten. Weitere Einstellungen im Menü zur Regelung der IR-LED-Stärke wären auch wünschenswert. Aktuell kann man nur zwischen minimalem und maximalem Blitz wählen. Zur Montage wäre eine zweite Schraubvorrichtung auf der Rückseite der Kamera praktisch. Ich würde mir auch wünschen, dass man die Info-Leiste unten auf Bildern und Videos personalisieren und auch ausschalten könnte.
Aber wie gesagt, an sich eine super Kamera und das für diesen verhältnismäßig guten Preis!
Die Kamera ist leicht einzurichten liefert tolle Bilder kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!
Habe verschiede Kameras auch von anderen Hersteller, die Dörr, finde ich machen die besten Bilder und das über viele Jahre!

Super schnelle Lieferung! Die Kamera ist sehr einfach zu bedienen, man benötigt keine vorhandenen Erfahrungen um die Kamera zu bedienen. Man merkt schon beim auspacken dass die Kamera qualitativ sehr hochwertig verbaut ist! Ich habe die Kamera seit einigen Tagen im Revier hängen und auch hier arbeitet sie absolut zuverlässig! Egal ob Foto oder Videofunktion! Die Qualität der Bilder ist unfassbar gut! Hatte schon einige andere Modelle von anderen Firmen ausprobiert, es hat aber nie so reibungslos Funktioniert wie bei dieser Kamera! Habe mir gerade nochmals 5 Stück bestellt! Fazit: Meiner Meinung nach ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dieser Kamera unschlagbar!
Habe mir die DÖRR Cloud Mini für mein Jagdrevier geholt.
Die Kamera kommt mit Antenne und leicht verständlichem Manual. Einrichtung und Verwaltung mit der DÖRR App funktioniert super einfach und ist schön übersichtlich. Simkarte nach Wahl rein, Akkus rein, SD Karte rein - QR Scannen, verbinden und schon kanns losgehen.
Die Bilder und Videos kommen in guter Qualität und auch die Einstellmöglichkeiten stehen größeren teureren Kameras in nahezu nichts nach.
Für mich die ideale Kamera um neue Plätze oder Wechsel im Revier auszuprobieren. Oder aber um sein Holz, Hütte etc besser im Blick zu haben.

Die Größe der übertragenen Fotos lässt sich in den Einstellungen anpassen. Stellen Sie dazu bei dem Punkt 'Sendemodus' auf 'Vorschau' um. Bilder werden dann deutlich komprimiert und liegen anschließend bei nur noch ca. 0,04 MB pro Bild.
