The camera requires 12 AA LR6 1.5V alkaline batteries or corresponding rechargeable batteries (not included) for operation. The runtime in standby mode is up to 8 months (depending on camera settings, temperature, battery quality, etc.). You can find suitable batteries and favourable value packs here.

Kann ich jede SIM-Karte benutzen?

Generell kann jede SIM-Karte verwendet werden – egal ob Prepaid-, Partner-, Daten- oder reine M2M-Karten. Auch Anbieter, die nicht in der folgenden Liste stehen, sind möglich.

SIM-Karten, die von sich aus limitiert sind (z. B. Supersim, die nur Daten an das Seissiger-Portal senden darf), können aufgrund der Einschränkungen des Anbieters (Seissiger) nicht genutzt werden.

Wer noch keine SIM-Karte hat, kann bei uns Prepaid-Multinetzwerk-SIM-Karten mit speziellen DÖRR-Tarifen erhalten.

Ist die App kostenlos oder brauche ich ein Abo?

Für die App Nutzung fallen keine Kosten an. Jede hinzugefügte Kamera erhält Standard-Cloud-Speicher, der für alle registrierten Geräte nutzbar ist. Ist der Speicher voll, wird das älteste Medium automatisch überschrieben, sodass die neuesten Bilder/Videos immer verfügbar sind.

Falls mehr Speicher benötigt wird, kann zusätzlicher Platz ab 0,99 €/Monat für 1 GB erworben werden – das ist aber nur für umfangreiche Archive notwendig. Ansonsten entstehen keine weiteren Kosten für den Kamerabetrieb.
Kann ich jederzeit Bilder und Videos anfordern?

Ja, die Kamera bleibt dauerhaft erreichbar – ähnlich wie ein Smartphone.

  • Bild-/Videoanfragen per App ➔ sofortige Umsetzung
  • Einstellungen ändern ➔ direkt aktiv
  • Bis zu 14 Tage Akkulaufzeit – je nach Nutzung

Intervallmodus – sparsam & effizient:

  • Synchronisation in festgelegten Abständen (z. B. alle 24, 12 oder 8 Stunden)
  • Automatische Übertragung bei einer Bild-/Videoaufnahme

Maximale Akkulaufzeit:

  • Bis zu 5 Monate Betriebszeit (Standby-Zeit bis zu 8 Monate) – ideal für lange Einsätze ohne häufiges Nachladen

Tipp: Viele nutzen den Echtzeitmodus, weil sie denken, sonst keine Bilder oder Videos zu bekommen – das ist nicht nötig. Auch im Intervallmodus verpasst du nichts und sparst Akku.
Kann ich die Kamera mit mehreren Personen benutzen?

Ja, jede Kamera kann mit beliebig vielen DÖRR CLOUD Nutzern geteilt werden.

  • Der Hauptnutzer (der die Kamera registriert hat) kann die Einstellungen ändern.
  • Freigegebene Nutzer können nur Bilder und Videos ansehen.
  • Berechtigungen können jederzeit widerrufen werden.

Diese Funktion ist ideal für Jagdgemeinschaften. Der Revierpächter kann Kameras schnell und einfach für Mitjäger oder Begehungsscheininhaber freischalten und wieder entfernen.

Gemeinsame Verwaltung der Kameraeinstellungen:
Sollten mehrere Personen auch die Kameraeinstellungen ändern können, ist das problemlos möglich. Dazu nutzen alle denselben Account, mit dem die Kamera registriert wurde. Es gibt kein Gerätelimit.

Was könnte verbessert werden - Einrichtung Freeway, etwas umständlich das erste Mal, Lasche hinten an der Kamera 1 mm größer da wir Elektro Stahlbaender verwendet haben plus Gurt um die Kamera abzuschrauben, innen Sicherung der Batterien mit Spanner (Gummi etc.) - wenn man Batterie fach aufmacht kann es sein dass sie im Wald hinausspringen …kann jedem das System empfehlen!!! Lieferung Service, Info Top!!! So sollte Service funktionieren.

Kamera prima, Service vom Feinsten und Klasse App

Die erste Kamera ist seit zwei Jahren im Einsatz um mein Grundstück zu überwachen und nun ist eine Zweite hinzugekommen. Es hat sich technisch allerhand getan.

Die Software ist deutlich besser geworden, Stichwort synchronisation. Das Ganze ist jetzt insgesamt wesentlich anwendungsfreundlicher.

Mit der Bildqualität bin ich sehr zufrieden, sonst hätte ich mir keine zweite gekauft. Mir fehlen allerdings Vergleichsmöglichkeiten da ich nur diese Kameras besitze und die Werbebilder im Internet kann man wohl nicht wirklich als Vergleichsgröße heranziehen.

Ich hab mal zwei Bilder (mein Hund am Tage und irgendwem seine Katze bei Nacht) mit angehängt. Dachs, Marder, Igel und Mäuse wie auf der alten Kamera haben sich noch nicht wieder gezeigt.

Hervorheben möchte ich noch den Service. Wenn man mal ein Problem oder nur eine Frage hat kann man mit einem richtigen Menschen reden und der ist auch noch sehr kompetent.

Klare Kaufempfehlung für diese Kamera.

Super scharfe Bilder. Leider war die Registrierung der mit gekauften SIM Karte sehr schwierig.

Trotz Rücksendung wieder defekt

Lieferorganisation war sehr gut, jedoch eine Kamera mit Defekt. Zur Reparatur zurückgesendet. Kamera kam schnell zurück mit dem Hinweis das alles geprüft worden ist und kein Defekt vorliegt. Offensichtlich aber nicht vollständig geprüft wurde.
Mit Netzteil OK geht, mit AA Batterien OK geht, mit Akkus 18650 original flackert kurz und geht wieder aus. Jetzt muss ich sie das zweite mal zurück senden. Ich betreibe 5 und war bisher sehr zufrieden.

Technik wie gewohnt erstklassig nur das Batteriefach und das damit verbundene wechseln der Batterien gestaltet sich etwas kompliziert, dennoch eine Kamera die man sehr empfehlen kann.

bei der Cloud Pro 4G Kamera ist die Videoübertragung kostenlos. Ein Abo wird nicht benötigt.

Für den Betrieb werden 12 Mignon AA LR6 1,5V Alkaline Batterien oder 4 Akkus Typ 18650 benötigt (nicht enthalten). Die Standby-Laufzeit beträgt bis zu 8 Monate (*abhängig von Einstellungen, Temperatur & Batterien).
