Hand-made of 440C stainless steel, these knives are your reliable companion designed for everyday use.

The blade with its 58 HRC (Rockwell hardness) remains sharp for a long time and it is easy to re-sharpen.
For sharpening we recommend to use our DÖRR Mini knife sharpener XS-2 (optionally available).
The full tang is double riveted with the handle which offers a maximum of stability under pressure. This has a positive effect during outdoor use.
The back of the knife has got a 2,5cm long, corrugated thumb-rest which prevents from slipping – this increases the pressure when cutting.
Keep the knife in the genuine leather sheath on the belt. Alternatively, secure your knife with a cord in the hole provided on the handle.
