The DÖRR Monopod 170 is a functional and a professional monopod coming with a separate lens support.
It is well suited for sports photography or action shootings, where your fast and flexible reaction is needed. The monopod is also a compact companion for event photographers or anyone looking for an easy-to-transport and space-saving alternative to a tripod.
Especially when used together with cameras with long telephoto lenses, the monopod optimally supports you and ensures fatigue-free work. With the monopod blur-free shots, even with longer exposure times, are no longer a problem.
The monopod is equipped with a ¼" camera connection to mount your camera securely. Alternatively, fix the supplied lens support on the ¼ “connection. Now you can put down even long telephoto lenses and hold them steadily. The rubberized inside of the lens support prevents the lens from slipping.
TIP: In combination with the lens support, the monopod can also be used as a shooting stick. The lens support serves as a rifle rest then.
The 4-section monopod is made of high-quality aluminium and with only 480 g an absolute lightweight. Despite its low weight, you can load the monopod with up to 3 kg.
The tripod legs can be adjusted to the desired height with 3 extensions. The clip closers can quickly be opened and closed with just one hand.
For easy handling, the monopod is fitted with a thick foam rubber grip, which is pleasant to touch even in cold temperatures. Use the wrist strap to prevent the monopod from accidentally falling over.
The monopod is equipped with a rubber foot. The integrated spike ensures a secure stand on uneven ground.
For dust-free storage and for safe transportation keep the tripod in the supplied tripod bag with shoulder strap.
